Superior fruit cage
The superior fruit cage in matt black looks good and fades into the background. Assembly is easy and can be done single handed. The instructions are poor, especially for the door assembly but is you lay the parts out it becomes obvious how it goes together. One upright was missing but with a phone call one was delivered from Bristol to Stirling in less than 24 hours. Excellent product and service

Totally useless & unhelpful
I ordered 3 small items worth less than £25 & paid £8.95 for standard postage within 3-5 days. That was over a week ago & I still have had no message to say that it has even been dispatched. I contacted Customer Services 2 days ago to try to track down my order & was told that this was with the warehouse & might be dispatched same day, but no promises. At best the response was disinterested & non-commital. Considering the cost of postage (more than some other companies charge for next day delivery) this is totally unacceptable & Utterly Useless. I still don’t know when I’ll get my order!! I will never order from this company again & would never recommend them. Avoid them at all costs

Beware Pre-Ordering Items
Ordered an item on 28th June, (the site said pre-order for delivery early August). Then got an email saying there was a delay and the item wouldn't be sent out until the 28th August. Messaged the company on the 27th August asking if the item was still going to be sent out (because I hadn't heard anything else from them) and had to wait approx 15 minutes for each response. I then decided to call and was advised that the item was due to be in stock from 27th August but they have had a further delay and would 'likely' be the following week. Asked for a refund and was advised that the refund would take approximately 7-10 working days. Not happy at all.

Sent wrong parts 3 times...
Good product once I eventually got all the parts for my Classic Arch. Unfortunately the dispatch process is really poor. I got sent the wrong parts for my classic arch 3 times. Each time I complained I got sent another wrong package.Finally in the fourth package I was sent the right things. On the plus side the Customer Services contact George was very polite, but the repeat errors made the purchase very stressful.

I was kept waiting longer than I expected but it turned out that it was a problem with the courier company who were 6 days over due.
My new Obelisk is exactly as described and very good quality

Lovely obelisk, my Mother was thrilled
Lovely obelisk, the fourth product I have bought, They are having difficulties with supplies , like so many firms are post Brexit causing them problems on keeping to delivery times, but they could not have been more helpful in supplying a product that was in stock Many thanks to George their sales manager for his help.

Ordered arch in July still waiting in October
Ordered rose arch in July. The website stated it was in stock. As soon as I had paid for it I was alerted to a delivery time of six weeks. I phoned in august to be told it would be delivered at the beginning of September. I phoned again at the beginning of September to be told they were awaiting parts from the factory and delivery would be on or before the 9 th October. Checked the website in October to see that the arch was “in stock” and had been reduced in price by £70. Rang the company and told them I was still waiting for delivery and asked for the reduction as per website. They said they would get back to me. Waited two hours and then phoned again. Spoke to someone else who said they would get back to me. This time they did and said I could have the reduction and assured me the arch would be delivered in two days. It’s now been three days and still no delivery. About to ring them again. This is not a good company to do business with!

Upgraded review
We are upgrading our review to a 3 star, as we are so far happy with the product (we've yet to assemble our second frame) and eventually had good service regarding half of our order missing, although it took a while and a few emails to get a response- they were only taking calls in relation to new orders and asked existing customers not to phone with queries (which didn't make us feel especially valued), so communication was a little tricky as emails went unanswered. Eventually though, as I say, it was resolved well.

When is that refund going to happen??
Ordered a trellis start of May. When it didn't come in reasonable time I followed up to find it was now out of stock and I could have a refund or wait until the end of June. I chose the refund. When it did not happen in the 5-7 business days I was told I followed up again. Was told they would chase it up and hurry it along. That hasn't happened either. So, went and opened a complaint via paypal on May 26th and waiting on Agriframes to respond to that still.

No items, no response for 2 months, finally refunded
*Update: Agriframes have finally refunded my order so I'm upgrading them to 2 stars.*
Placed an order in mid-April, they took payment but never sent the items. I've emailed multiple times but they don't respond or answer the phone.

Haven’t got what I asked for
I placed an order two giant net tunnels and received two giant fleece tunnels. Held on phone to talk to someone and the. Got cut off.
Have emailed but at present not overly

Very poor - customer service non existent. They simply don't reply to emails and their 'offers' don't work when you input to their site. Used them once but never again

The garden arch is rather good but I…
The garden arch is rather good but I had to jump through hoops to get the correct parts delivered. After two lots of photos from me, a couple of phone calls and a rather patronising email from Agriframes suggesting I didn't know how to construct the arch (by fitting two parts 3 ft 6 in long into two 3 ft long gaps! - "those are the parts we always send with that arch") I finally got what I'd ordered, about a fortnight late, as they originally sent out just one correct part instead of the two required. No hint of an apology, and they only get the two stars as the arch turned out OK in the end. To be honest, with backup service and the staff's lack of product knowledge like that, they don't deserve customers.
